Open to full-time roles & independent projects

From helping people, to building the systems that help them.

I design AI automation and conversational agents that translate real business problems, the kind non-technical teams struggle to describe, into working technology. Support background. Engineer's instincts.

Systems built to solve one real problem at a time.

A production AI agent talking to thousands of real customers, and two self-initiated products built end to end, alone, because I wanted to see if I could.

WhatsApp AI Agent for Lead Qualification

A production conversational agent built with n8n and the OpenAI API, live inside a real business's WhatsApp line since 2024.

Problem
Every lead came through WhatsApp, but no human could qualify, answer objections, and schedule calls fast enough at that volume, especially outside business hours.
Solution
An agent that carries a full multi-step conversation: qualifying intent, handling objections in natural language, booking calendar slots, and recognizing exactly when a conversation needs a human, then handing off cleanly instead of trapping the customer in a bot loop.
Impact
  • 20,000+ leads processed since launch
  • Consistent qualification quality, day or night
  • Human handoff logic that protects the customer experience

Campaign Manager for Tabletop RPG Game Masters

A tool built for my own hobby table, then grown into a full product because the gap in existing tools genuinely bothered me.

Problem
Game Masters juggle world details, characters, session notes, and combat state across scattered documents, with no clean way to control what each player actually sees.
Solution
A single system for world building, character and NPC creation, session scheduling, dice rolling, and combat initiative tracking. Currently building the player-facing side: invite-link access, permission-scoped world information, personal character sheets, secret reveals, and inventory tracking.
Why it matters
  • Non-trivial data model: worlds, campaigns, characters, sessions, permissions
  • Designed two distinct user roles from scratch: Game Master and Player
  • End-to-end product thinking, not just automating someone else's process

Link Redirect & Campaign Tracking Platform

A self-built alternative to commercial link-tracking tools, made to understand attribution from the inside out.

Problem
Off-the-shelf link shorteners rarely give campaign owners real control over A/B variants or a clear read on which link actually drove results.
Solution
A central dashboard for link redirection, A/B testing between destinations, and campaign-level analytics, so a single link can be tested, measured, and optimized instead of just shortened.
Why it matters
  • Direct experience with tracking, attribution, and A/B logic
  • Relevant beyond automation, into growth and marketing analytics work

The translation happens before a single workflow gets built.

Most automation fails at the handoff between the person who feels the problem and the system meant to solve it. That handoff is where I start.

01

Listen

Sitting with the stakeholder who feels the problem daily, often someone with no technical vocabulary for what they need.

02

Translate

Turning a vague operational pain into precise logic: decision trees, edge cases, what counts as success. This is the step that comes from years in support and teaching, not from a tutorial.

03

Design the workflow

Mapping the full data flow, integration points, and failure paths before writing a single node.

04

Build

Implementing in n8n or Make, with AI models configured and prompted for the specific judgment calls the workflow needs to make.

05

Test against reality

Running real data and edge cases, not the happy path, before anything touches production.

06

Hand it back, with training

Documenting and walking the team through the system myself, so it survives without me in the room. This is the part most automation specialists skip.

I didn't start in tech. That's the point.

Leticia Reis

I started in customer support at Turney Academy, answering the same questions, over and over, until I started automating the parts that didn't need a human. That work turned into the team's first technical role, one nobody had hired for, because I built my way into it.

Today I run automation and AI systems on two fronts at once: as Infrastructure & Automation Analyst at Escola da Pele, working autonomously alongside a senior engineer, and at Agência 507, where I sit directly with non-technical clients to figure out what they actually need before I build anything.

I'm based in Brazil, studying Data Science & Information Technology at UNIVESP, and actively building toward a move to Europe. I speak four languages because I like understanding people directly, not through a translator, technical or otherwise.

Whether that's a full-time role or a project brief, I'd rather have a real conversation than exchange templates.
